Requirements for candidates:

• higher legal education;
• deep knowledge of civil, economic legislation (material and procedural parts), labor law;
• work experience in the field of civil, economic, labor and corporate law – from 3 years;
• work experience in the field of commercial real estate leasing, preparation of at least 10 lease agreements of varying complexity;
• work experience in the field of registration of legal entities, changes in information about them;
• preparation of at least 10 statutes of limited liability companies;
• preparation of at least 20 draft decisions of general meetings of participants of LLCs/PPs/other legal entities of various orientations;
• preparation of at least 20 business contracts of varying complexity;
• confident PC user with skills in working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, LIGA programs, electronic registers of court decisions, open real estate registers, EDR;
• experience in working out court practice on narrow issues;
• willingness to work for results;
• excellent oral and written communication skills: perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian languages;
• logical and analytical thinking, the ability to concisely formulate thoughts, the ability to quickly navigate the situation;
• ability to work within established deadlines;
• having a certificate of the right to practice law is considered an advantage.

Main duties for the position:

• legal support of business activities of enterprises;
• preparation of statutes, decisions of general meetings of participants, orders of legal entities;
• preparation and examination of business contracts (including additional agreements), participation in negotiations with counterparties;
• preparation of legal opinions with recommendations on issues of civil, economic, and labor legislation;
• drafting of procedural documents;
• representation of clients (business entities, company officials) and protection of their interests in state authorities and courts;
• writing articles, consultations, comments for business publications;
• constant tracking of changes in legislation;
• participation in professional events (round tables, forums, etc.).

• constant self-improvement and raising one’s professional level;
• providing legal assistance during 20 or more interrogations within the framework of criminal proceedings over the past two years;
• providing legal assistance during 15 or more searches in the last two years;
• the presence of successful cases of the return of property temporarily seized during a search over the past three years;
• full support of more than 10 criminal proceedings in the field of economic crimes at the trial stage over the past three years;
• excellent oral and written communication skills: perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian languages;
• logical thinking, the ability to succinctly formulate thoughts, the ability to quickly navigate the situation;
• ability to work within established deadlines.

Main duties in the position:

• providing legal assistance to Clients during interrogations, searches, seizure of things and documents and other investigative (search) and procedural actions;
• protection of Clients in criminal proceedings in the field of economic crimes;
• representation of clients (business entities, company officials) and protection of their interests in state authorities and courts;
• appeal of decisions, actions or inaction of pre-trial investigation bodies during pre-trial investigation;
• development and implementation of a strategy for legal protection of business against criminal prosecution;
• writing articles, consultations, comments for business publications;
• participation in professional events (round tables, forums, etc.).

• constant self-improvement and raising one’s professional level;
• legal support for more than 10 tax audits over the past three years;
• representation and protection of the Client’s interests during administrative and tax appeals in more than 30 tax disputes over the past five years
• providing legal assistance to the Client in resolving more than 10 customs disputes over the past five years;
• excellent oral and written communication skills: perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian languages, English (at a level no lower than Intermediate) – desirable;
• logical thinking, the ability to succinctly formulate thoughts, the ability to quickly navigate the situation;
• ability to work within established deadlines.

Main duties in the position:

• providing legal advice on the application of tax and customs legislation
• providing legal assistance to Clients during tax audits, resolving tax and customs disputes in administrative and judicial procedures and other disputes with controlling state bodies;
• representation and protection of the Client’s interests in the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, other regulatory bodies and in courts when resolving administrative cases and cases of administrative offenses related to disputes with subjects of authority;

• appeal of decisions, actions or inaction of bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, other controlling bodies (their officials) in administrative and judicial proceedings;
• development and implementation of a strategy for legal protection of business against tax risks;
• writing articles, consultations, comments for business publications;
• participation in professional events (round tables, forums, etc.).
